Data Protection
We do not sell your data at any point in time. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Data Deletion
You can request your credentials and all associated data to be deleted at any time. To do so, please contact our support team through the "Request New Feature" link in the footer, and we will process your request promptly.
Fair Usage Policy
To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, we have a fair usage policy in place for our different service tiers.
- Free Tier: For individual boards created under the free plan, a maximum of 100 messages are allowed per board. The maximum file size for any media uploaded per message is 1 MB.
- Premium & Business Tiers: If you need more capacity, you must purchase a premium plan. Our premium plans increase the message limits and allow for a larger file size of up to 5 MB - 50 MB per message. This means for a board with 100 messages, you are allowed a total of 500 MB of uploads after purchasing a premium plan.
