1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using KudosHive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our Services.
2. User Responsibilities & Content Liability
KudosHive provides a platform for users to create and share digital greeting boards and scrapbooks. As a user, you are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, share, or otherwise transmit via our Services.
- No Liability for User Content: KudosHive assumes no responsibility or liability for any sensitive, confidential, defamatory, or inappropriate content uploaded by users. You publish content at your own risk.
- Copyright Infringement: We are not responsible for any copyrighted images, text, or media uploaded without proper authorization. You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to use any content you upload.
- Privacy & Misconduct: KudosHive is not liable for any privacy breaches resulting from users sharing private links or uploading personally identifiable information (PII) on public or shared boards. Users must use the Services responsibly and ethically.
3. Strictly Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against certain types of content to ensure a safe environment for all users.
- Pornography & Explicit Material: KudosHive strictly prohibits the uploading, sharing, or distribution of pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content. Any user found uploading such content will have their account immediately and permanently blocked without notice.
- Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability is strictly forbidden.
- Illegal Activities: You may not use our Services to conduct or promote any illegal activities, including fraud, phishing, or the distribution of malware.
4. Account Security & Verification
To prevent misuse and spam, KudosHive requires users to verify their email addresses.
- Accounts that remain unverified for more than 48 hours will be automatically deleted, along with any boards or data associated with them.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. KudosHive is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.
5. Service Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
The "KudosHive" name, logos, and the overall look and feel of the website are the exclusive property of KudosHive Inc. You may not copy, imitate, or use them without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KudosHive, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
